Hello there and welcome to my page! My name is Isabella Quezada, and I'm currently majoring in Art Education at Cal State Long Beach. I've wanted to become an art teacher since middle school, but I've always been fascinated by the creative process. It started out with coloring and having my parents take me to Michaels just to look at all the wonderful materials to actually creating projects on my own. My mediums of choice include acrylic and oil painting, but I'm open to all other types of materials. I've dabbled in charcoal, wood carving, origami, ceramics, string, plaster, and even the good old pencil. But art is not the only thing I do. Ialso love bike riding, running, swimming, and traveling. I'm a very active person and love to exercise. I ran track for 4 years and Cross Country for 3 years, played soccer for 3 years, and swam for a few months before the pandemic-most while at Warren High School where I graduated. I've also traveled to many places including, Mexico many times, New York, Utah, Virginia, and Arizona with my Cross Country group or family. In my free time I like to watch movies. I don't exactly have a favorite movie, but I love Disney. My favorite animes, however, are "The Promised Neverland" and "Kamisama Kiss". Sometimes I'll watch an anime or movie with my pups-Luna and Reina. They've been a part of the family for about 4 years now- a family that includes my older brother, little sister, and parents. That's right! I'm the middle child and happy about it. I hope to graduate with a degree in art education and minor in English to teach high school students. I'll continue to work hard at CSULB, so that I can make a positive difference in the future generation.
